Leah Frazier, President of ThinkThreeMedia

Leah Frazier is a 2-Time Emmy Award-Winning entrepreneur and was recognized as one of Dallas’ most successful women for 2015. She is a multi-licensed attorney turned marketing and PR guru, who unapologetically left the practice of law to pursue her entrepreneurial ventures. In 2020, Leah was recognized by Dallas Innovates as one of the Future 50 Leaders in Dallas-Fort Worth for tech, innovation and disruption — and also the winner of the “Inno on Fire” Award by North Texas Inno media publication in July 2020.

Leah has built a multi-faceted empire as an award-winning journalist, publicist, media personality, celebrity stylist, digital marketing expert, professor and in-demand marketing consultant to notable brands. She has been honored as one of the best wardrobe stylists in Dallas, and led the styling initiatives for the Emmy and 5-Time Addy Award-Winning #IAMUPcampaign for WFAA Channel 8.

Leah is the CEO and proud owner of Think Three Media – a creative marketing agency focused in the areas of content marketing, social media marketing, communications and public relations services for brands spanning the industries of fashion, beauty, public speaking, the performing arts, food, lifestyle, and more.

Her work has been featured and mentioned on Vogue.com, NBC, CW, CBS Local, Chase TV, Fox TV, Good Morning Texas, Haute Living Magazine, D Magazine, Dallas Innovates, the Dallas Observer, North Texas Inno, and many other outlets as an expert in fashion, PR, marketing and entrepreneurship.

Leah has cultivated top-tier partnerships with Belk, Cantu Beauty, Marshall’s, Via Spiga, Vogue, Brahmin, Neiman Marcus, Warner Bros., Shoedazzle, Yosi Samra Shoes, and more.

Leah co-authored her first book in 2018, The Success Factor, which reached #1 as a Best Seller for Women and Business reads, and was also awarded an African-American Literary Award. She has co-authored her second book, Promise (a global women’s devotional) which will be released July 30th AND is also currently working on her third and fourth books — one to be released at the latter part of 2020 and the other in 2021.


Michael Lantzy, co-founder of Soundbite.ai

Michael Lantzy is a communications expert and co-founder of Soundbite.ai, a Dallas-based software company responsible for creating the world’s first enterprise micro-podcasting and bootstrap style voice platform. 

Michael specializes in helping companies apply technologies that help democratize and localize niche communications that foster industry-leading engagement. 

Before founding Soundbite.ai, Michael has held product and sales leadership roles at SkySync, Fuze, and KnowledgeLake.   

Michael holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Missouri at St. Louis and enjoys spending weekends helping his daughter with her jewelry start-up Earringly.com and coaching his son’s baseball team.


Jhanay Davis
, Dir. Strategic Communications at Providence Public Schools

Jhanay is a promising communications professional whose work is anchored in improving communications in educational settings. She currently serves as the Director of Strategic Communications for the Providence Public School District in Providence, Rhode Island. Her professional background includes stints in client support, human resources and local government. Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, Jhanay is a proud graduate of Bennett College for Women, where she received a BA in Journalism and Media Studies before earning an MA in Strategic Communication from American University.
